Demolition Works

Supply labour, materials and equipment to:

• Dismantle existing kitchen cabinet or concrete sink and stove support
• Dismantle existing wall fittings at kitchen and 2 bathrooms
• Dismantle existing bathroom doors and door frames
• Hack off existing wall tiles at kitchen and 2 bathrooms
• Hack off existing floor tiles at kitchen and 2 bathrooms

 

Masonry Works

Supply labour, materials and equipment to:

• Apply water proofing membrane on flooring in kitchen and 2 bathrooms
• Install 50mm height kitchen cabinet plinth with side tiles only

• Install 50mm height washing machine and fridge plinth with full tiles

• Install shower kerb at 2 bathrooms
• Lay selected design wall tiles at 2 bathrooms (30x60cm)
• Lay selected heavy duty homogeneous design wall tiles (exposed area) at Kitchen(30x60)cm
• Lay selected heavy duty homogeneous floor tiles at kitchen and 2 bathrooms

Plumbing Works

Supply labour, materials and equipment to:

• Install new single line stainless steel pipe (excludes hot water pipe) at kitchen and 2 bathrooms

• Install new PVC outlet drainage pipe link to sink, basin and washing machine
• Install 2 nos. of toilet bowl (To be provided by Owner)
• Install 2 nos. of wash basin & tap (To be provided by Owner)
• Install 1.2mm thick stainless steel kitchen sink & water tap for kitchen cabinet (FREE GIFT)
• Install JOVEN 25L storage heater (FREE GIFT)
• Install two sets of 6 pieces bathroom accessories (Free Gift)

 

Carpentry Works*

Supply materials, fabricate and install the following items as per proposed drawings:

(Blum Anti-Slam BCOR hinges, ABS trimming door, selected internal colour PVC finish & in selected laminate finish)

• 20ftL kitchen cabinet
• Blum Aventos HK - 1 set
• Blumotion full extension runner track 30kg - 3 sets
• 10ftL single profile Quartz top (Selected brand)
• Install Double layer Stainless Steel Dish Tray - 1 set
• Install built-in cooker hood and hob (Free Gift)

General Works

Supply labour, materials and equipment to:

• Install selected Slide & Swing door with acrylic panel at 2 bathrooms' entrance
• Paint ceiling with Nippon Emulsion Paint at kitchen and 2 bathrooms
• Lay corrugated card board for floor protection after completion of flooring works
• Chemical and general cleaning for whole house (including all windows) upon completion
